Privacy
This statement covers how Clairvance handles information from visitors and prospective clients of this website. Our conduct inside a client engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which always controls.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you book a session or email us, we receive your name, your work email, your institution, and whatever you choose to write. We use standard, privacy respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. We do not sell or rent any of it.
Client data, in plain terms
We do not train models on your data. Inside an engagement, your data stays in your environment or a cloud tenant you approve, and nothing is sent to a model provider you have not approved. We sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement before any system access, we complete your vendor security review, and you keep audit rights and the right to terminate with your artifacts returned.
How we use what you send
To reply, to schedule, and to prepare for a working session. Nothing else.
Retention
We keep prospect correspondence only as long as it is useful to the conversation, and we delete it on request.
